Dr. Christopher Gleis
Meet the Doctor
Dr. Christopher Gleis was born in Bay Shore, NY and graduated with high honors from Colorado State University. He obtained his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his internship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
Dr. Gleis then began his residency training in Anesthesiology at the University of Massachusetts medical school where he served as the Chief Resident. Residency was followed by a postgraduate fellowship in preoperative pain management and regional anesthesia at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

He is involved with multiple organizations including the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine Research Society.
Dr. Gleis employs a multimodal approach to pain management, treating his patients’ symptoms through interventional pain procedures and non-habit-forming medications if required, without the use of narcotics. Dr. Gleis also has extensive experience in addiction medicine having previously served as the medical director for a prominent drug and alcohol treatment center.

Michelle Thomas FNP-C
Director Of Functional Medicine
Michelle is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Integrative and Functional Medicine. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from South University.
Michelle began her education in nursing in 2005 while raising her two children. She started her career as a nurse at the VA Hospital in Detroit, MI. During this time, she practiced emergency nursing while simultaneously gaining experience within mental health care groups, where she was able to assist soldiers returning from the battlefield with PTSD.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree, she continued learning and working in the Neuro-ICU at Henry Ford Medical Center. Driven to help patients and family with navigating the road to recovery, Michelle became a Department Chair. The focus was to improve the patient and family experience while navigating a traumatic event.
After continuing her education and receiving her Master of Science in Nursing, Michelle was offered a fellowship and trained through A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine). She chose to step away from the Emergency Department and developed a new passion for healing patients from a preventative and root cause philosophy.

Chris Doyle is a registered dietitian dedicated to improving health through food.
He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder, where his interest in and fascination for nutrition began. He received his Master of Science in Nutrition from Hunter College in New York City before completing his Dietetic Internship at the University of Houston with a focus on sports dietetics. After earning his RD credentials, Chris worked as a sports nutritionist for the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, a minor league affiliate for the Chicago Cubs, for two seasons. While in Myrtle Beach, Chris also worked as the first and only dietitian for the Coastal Carolina University Athletic Department. In 2019 Chris moved to Tampa to work at Tampa Sports Academy helping to counsel and improve the health, nutritional habits, and performance of athletes, first responders, weekend warriors, and the general population alike.
When not thinking about food, he enjoys hiking, running, dreaming about snow, and playing with his dogs. Over the course of his professional career, he has married his passion for sports, nutrition, and helping people into a fulfilling experience. Chris is thrilled to be a part of the Integrative and Functional Medicine Team at Revitalize Health Solutions and to continue to improve lives one bite at a time.
